"I can’t say enough positive things about Dale, Bill Franklin, Kathy Hogue, and the rest of the team. All three crews that worked our project were truly professional individuals. The reason for my decision was simple... Kathy Hogue. While all contractors were eager to field my initial call, it was often hard to have follow-up conversations because they were so busy. Kathy’s main job is to remain in constant contact with the customer throughout the initial phases of the project (permitting, etc.).
