Each member of our team takes pride in their work and remains committed to providing our customers with the highest quality service available. Our leadership team has decades of experience in marine construction and operations management, and the majority of our field management and foreman personnel have been with the company for more than 10 years.

Furthermore, Dale’s Marine Construction does NOT sub-contract our work. You will always have a team of our skilled craftsman working on your job-site, no matter how big or small.

Bill Franklin joined Dale’s Marine Construction in 2004, and he has been an integral part of the leadership team since that time. Having more than 40 years of management experience, Bill understands the importance of leading by example and exercising a strong work ethic to enhance employee morale and the overall success of a business.

As the general manager, he is directly responsible for operational and financial management. Some of his duties include visiting all project sites to ensure adherence to the strict construction standards expected by not only Dale’s Marine Construction, but also through federal, state, and local regulations.

Born and raised in the Gulf Breeze area, Jeremy Hogue works hard as our sales manager and as one of our estimators. Growing up boating and fishing, Jeremy became very passionate about being on the water. Coupling his passion and familiarity with the local waterways, Jeremy helps our clients make their dock, pier, and other marine construction dreams become a reality. Our estimates are always free.

Kathy Hogue joined the Dale’s Marine team at the beginning of 2017. Her vast knowledge of our processes and procedures, as well as her commitment to customer service, makes her a great asset at DMC. She works as both an estimator and our business manager. Kathy would love to help you make your dock or pier dreams come true. Our estimates are always free.

Often your first interaction with Dale’s Marine Construction, Ashleigh Bailey is ready to help and direct you to the team member best equipped to handle your questions, whether it is related to estimates, permitting, the process, or ongoing construction. As our office manager, Ashleigh works enthusiastically behind-the-scenes in the office. She handles our bookkeeping and other office resources.
